Does the recipient need an account?
No. They get a tracking link and their delivery code by SMS, and give that code to the courier on arrival.
Can I send a parcel without buying on SuguLive?
Yes. Any account can order a delivery: a document, keys, a meal or a parcel for a loved one.
Who pays for the delivery?
Your choice: the sender online (Mobile Money or card) or the recipient in cash on delivery.
How does cash on delivery work for sellers?
The courier collects the amount of your sale. It is paid to your SuguLive wallet, minus the delivery fee.
